Program Description

Muzopilot LLC uses SMS to send appointment reminders, service updates, billing notifications, and promotional offers related to our managed business platform services. Messages may include information about your account status, new features, service maintenance windows, and special offers available to current and prospective clients.

Opt-In & Consent

By checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, signing up for our services, or texting JOIN to our messaging number, you consent to receive automated marketing and transactional text messages from Muzopilot LLC at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may purchase our services without opting into SMS messaging.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 marketing messages per month and transactional messages as needed for your account (such as billing confirmations, appointment reminders, and service alerts). Message frequency depends on your account activity and communication preferences.

Opt-Out

Text STOP to any message to opt out of SMS communications. You will receive one confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Muzopilot unless you opt back in.

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and all major US carriers. Carrier coverage and service availability may vary. Muzopilot is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues.

Privacy

Additional Terms
