Mobile Apps for Service Businesses

Your business, in your team's pocket.

A branded iOS + Android app that mirrors your Muzopilot dashboard — clients, appointments, invoices, contracts, AI assistant, notifications. We build, submit, and maintain it. You own your apps and your brand. Store review by Apple and Google sits on top of our build time and is not under our control.

What the operator app delivers

The working dashboard, built for the phone.

The Branded app brings essential Muzopilot workflows into an iOS and Android experience your team can use away from a desk.

Contacts and CRM

Review customer context and keep the relationship moving from the same operating platform your team uses on the web.

Appointments and schedule

See upcoming work and manage time-sensitive activity from the device already in your team’s pocket.

Invoices and billing

Keep payment and invoice workflows available without forcing the operator back to a desktop browser.

Documents and e-sign

Move contracts and document activity through the same secure business workflow when the module is enabled.

AI assistance

Use the Muzopilot assistant for supported tasks with the same business context and package boundaries as the platform.

Notifications and inbox

Surface important platform activity and give the team a direct path back to the item that needs attention.

Branded

Request Proposalone-time

Your branded version of the Muzopilot operator app — the same app Muzopilot uses in production, with your colors, logo, and name. Your team runs the business from their phone: clients, appointments, invoices, contracts, AI assistant, push notifications.

  • iOS + Android, your colors, logo, and app name
  • Operator modules: CRM, smart card, invoices, scheduling, e-sign, AI assistant
  • Push notifications + in-app inbox
  • Submitted under YOUR Apple Developer (proposal-based pricing) + Google Play (proposal-based pricing one-time) accounts — we set them up
  • ~2–3 weeks build + submit after intake; Apple/Google review adds 1–7 days (sometimes longer)
  • You own your compiled apps, branding, and content. The shared platform is licensed.

Plus

Request Proposalone-time

Everything in Branded, plus a customer-facing piece your end customers actually use: book appointments, browse listings, request a quote, or buy a digital download. If we have already built the module in your vertical (booking, listings), it is a re-skin. If it is a new module type for us, we quote the extra scope honestly before charging.

  • Everything in Branded
  • Public-facing customer module — booking, listings, quote request, or digital downloads
  • Separate customer signup + login (different from your operator login)
  • ~4–6 weeks first time per vertical; faster on subsequent re-skins

Bespoke

Custom

Starts with discoveryscoped on a call

Anything Muzopilot does not have a module for yet — vertical-specific workflows, marketplaces, multi-role access, complex integrations. Starts with a paid discovery call and a written scope. If your project is a better fit for Shopify, Square, or a dedicated native dev shop, we will tell you. We do NOT build: physical-goods e-commerce with inventory and shipping, social networks, games, or marketplaces that require fraud/trust infrastructure.

  • Paid discovery call + written scope before any build
  • Figma design rounds, then build
  • Integrations as scoped (payments, calendars, document signing, etc.)
  • ~8–16 weeks typical · longer for genuinely novel work

Delivery path

A real app release has more than a build button.

We separate the work we control from Apple and Google review so the timeline, ownership, and next action remain clear.

101

Complete intake

Confirm the app lane, business identity, brand assets, modules, developer accounts, and acceptance criteria.

202

Brand and configure

Apply the approved name, colors, icons, content, permissions, and package-specific experience.

303

Validate the journeys

Exercise login, navigation, key workflows, device layouts, permissions, and release artifacts before submission.

404

Submit and maintain

Submit to both stores, respond to review feedback, then maintain compatibility and operational health after release.

Apple and Google make the final store-review decision. Muzopilot manages the build, submission, remediation, and maintenance work; no store-live date is guaranteed.

Maintenance

Keep your app alive in the store.

Required while your app is live in the stores. Apple and Google force SDK/OS updates a couple of times a year and your app needs them to stay listed. Cancel anytime — the app stays installed until the next forced update it misses.

Basic

Request Proposal

Hosting + forced SDK updates

Pro

Request Proposal

+ content updates + crash monitoring

Enterprise

Request Proposal

+ priority support + quarterly feature drops

FAQ

Common questions

Honest timelines. Real ownership.

Branded operator apps start at proposal-based pricing and submit to both stores in 2–3 weeks. Apple and Google review adds days on top — we never promise a store-live date.
