No. Discovery, configuration, training, migrations, integrations, custom forms and reports, website work, and after-hours assistance are scoped separately in a written order or statement of work.
Does Law Firm Command include unlimited support or capacity?
No. Support allowances and capacity are plan-specific, do not roll over, and are controlled by the signed order. A service-level agreement applies only when expressly signed.
Can an Enterprise law firm start a free trial?
No. Enterprise begins with a consultation and paid discovery or implementation scope. Capacity, migrations, integrations, permissions, audit requirements, and support are negotiated in writing.
